RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts for 15 days. Unfortunately, if 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Many types of products cannot be returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.

Other items cannot be returned:

To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, tape or vinyl disc that has been opened.

If you have not yet received your refund, check your bank account first.

Items can only be refunded at their regular price. Unfortunately, items on sale are not refundable.

We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. In this case, if you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email OUR EMAIL and send your item to OUR ADDRESS.

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift credit will be sent to you.

If the item is not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver prefers to receive the item for you later, we will send a refund to the giver. and he will know that you returned the item.
